Coding Auditor
Two full-time positions
Location: Bellevue, WA
We seek an experienced coding professional to review outpatient CPT/ICD-9 coding and physician documentation for accuracy and completion. You will complete client and employee audits as scheduled, staff our Coding Help Desk (via telephone and email) per rotation, and may assist with backlog coding and coding/quality management projects as needed. Credential Required (RHIT/RHIA/CCS-P/CPC) as well as 3+ years previous coding and/or auditing experience and experience coding emergency department outpatient visits. You will possess excellent organization skills, be self-directed, detail-oriented and able to work independently. Good communication skills are essential, as you will be providing feedback to coders, clients and physicians. LYNX provides proprietary coding methodology/software training to all coders/auditors at corporate office.
Outpatient Coding Specialist
Several full-time positions
Locations: Bellevue Corporate Office, Tampa, FL, and home-based.
Experienced coding professionals to assign ED procedural, diagnostic codes (CPT/ICD-9), facility charges and provide physician documentation feedback as required. Coding credential and minimum of two years of production coding experience required (RHIT/RHIA/CCS-P/CPC or RN/LPN with current coding experience). ED clinical background helpful. Proprietary LYNX coding methodology/software training is provided in our Bellevue Corporate Office. Successful candidates will possess excellent organizational skills, be self-directed, detail oriented, and able to adhere to LYNX coding accuracy, compliance and productivity standards. Diplomacy and good communication skills are required, as you will be the “face of LYNX” from the client perspective (essential for on-site positions).
Applications Developer
One full-time position
Location: Bellevue, WA
Seasoned software professional to join our Applications Development team. You will perform complex design, programming and modifications for our enterprise software applications, and work with other team members to test/debug, document technical design/specifications of programs and address functionality/performance issues. Bachelor’s degree in CE, CS, EE or related technical field and 4+ years of application programming experience required (will consider equivalent work experience in lieu of degree). Must be proficient with .NET, C#, Win Forms, Web Services, SQL, SQL Server 7/2000. Experience with Visual Basic 6.0 helpful. Previous experience developing applications for the healthcare industry is a plus. Must demonstrate excellent organization/time management skills, ability to multi-task and meet deadlines, as well as effective verbal and written communication skills.
