LYNX software offers powerful reporting tools that can help you deliver the data necessary to satisfy the reporting of quality measures.
E/Map patient tracking & clinical documentation system.
LYNX E/Map can help ED physicians meet the new documentation requirements for quality reporting. E/Map dynamically generates structured, problem-specific, age- and gender-appropriate documentation. These templates include built-in prompts which serve as a prompts for physicians and a flag for coders, ensuring that quality data is captured for each eligible ED encounter. E/Map’s reporting tool can assist physicians and hospital management in their PQRI reporting efforts.
E/Code CPT & ICD-9 coding software.
E/Code’s reporting module has the ability to report PQRI (G codes) for professional coding. Hospital P4P is currently applicable to inpatient only; however, once these measures are applied to outpatient, E/Code’s reporting tool will be updated to capture the necessary data.
CareBridge.
This new sofware tool will bridge the gap between ED & inpatient admissions. Slated for release Q4 2007, CareBridge will ensure appropriate revenue by documenting the complexity of care in ED inpatient admits. CareBridge’s comprehensive reporting will also assist in documenting physician P4P quality measures.
