LYNX Technical Support hours are Monday through Friday, 6 am – 5 pm PT, excluding most major holidays. However, if you contact support after regular business hours, an answering service will notify the on-call tech support analyst. All telephone calls and emails to LYNX Technical Support will be logged with a tracking number. The tracking number is provided before the initial communication is completed. This ensures that the Client can contact LYNX at any time and receive the status of the issue by simply referring to this tracking number.
